Online aptitude tests
If your application meets the minimum requirements for the role you've applied for you may be invited to take part in a series of online tests.

The day will start with registration which includes height and tattoo check. The assessment day typically consists of a company, base and role presentation followed by a group exercise and a personal interview.
You will also go through document checks and uniform fitting during the day.
Group Exercises are used to assess your abilities to work in a team. The assessment is conducted by having candidates complete a task or series of tasks as part of a group.
The purpose of the group exercise assessment is to measure the individual's ability to work effectively with others, identify and solve problems, and contribute to the success of the team. It also provides an opportunity for the interviewer to observe the candidate's communication style and interpersonal skills.
