Most airlines use some form of psychometric testing in their recruitment process – which can be daunting for candidates, but doesn't have to be.
Careerroo was founded in the UK in 2020, with the aim of empowering people to land their dream job in the aviation industry. We wanted to provide the tools applicants need to pass pre-employment aptitude tests.
So we set out to create the best resource for candidates pursuing a career in the aviation industry. We teamed up with experienced chartered occupational psychologists, who have worked at major publishers such as SHL , Korn Ferry and Kenexa. This allowed us to create a suite of up-to-date and industry-specific questions and solutions, to enable effective practice.
When we started, our goal was to help a small group of people break into an exciting and diverse industry. In the last 12 months, we have helped people all over the world, and are continuing to grow.
