Video introduction

For some of the roles at Jetstar, you might be required to give an initial video introduction so recruiters can find out more about you. You might be asked to discuss your motivations for joining Jetstar, and any relevant work experience you have.

Interview(s)

If your application and video introduction are successful you might be invited to participate in a variety of interviews. This includes a telephone interview, face-to-face interview, and competency-based interview.

Telephone interview

Telephone interviews may be conducted as an alternative to a video introduction. A member of the Jetstar recruitment team will contact you to tell you more about the role and answer any questions you might have. Face-to-face interviews

Competency-based interview
