Inductive Reasoning Test

The Air France inductive reasoning test helps recruiters assess your abstract thinking and problem-solving process. The assessment provides you with a series of different image patterns where you must spot the recurring theme and use it to solve the next image. You will be under a time limit to complete this test, and it is multiple-choice.

Situational Judgement Test

The situational judgement test, also known as STJ tests the ability to handle a variety of work-life scenarios closely related to your role. You will be given different types of scenarios and asked to determine the most appropriate action from the multiple choice answers you are given.

Personality Assessments

Personality assessments help Air France discover more information about your personality traits, what motivates you and drives you to succeed. You will be provided with statements that you must rank by how much you feel your personality is like or unlike the statement.

There are no right or wrong answers but the airline will be looking at ideal personality types for different roles.

Mechanical Reasoning Test
