Prepare for your next Cubiks test with tailor-made practice materials.

Cubiks offers a range of different products and services including ability tests, personality tests, assessment centres, E-tray exercises, team building exercises and leadership training. Aviation industry employers looking to hire the best talent will consult with Cubiks to create assessment packages to use in the recruitment process.

The type of Cubiks test you’ll take is dependent on the role and level of role you’re applying for. Crucially, Cubiks offers two different types of tests: Cubiks Logiks and Cubiks Reasoning for Business.

Cubiks Logiks

Logiks general intermediate test - this test consists of 50 intermediary numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning style questions in one assessment.

Logiks general advanced test - this test is very similar to the intermediary test, except it only contains 30 questions and is positioned at an advanced level.

Logiks numerical advanced test - this is an advanced reasoning test with 20 questions.

Logiks verbal advanced test - 36 questions ranging from the simple to the complex, to unpick your verbal abilities.

Logiks abstract advanced test - this test is an advanced abstract reasoning exam (sometimes known as diagrammatic and inductive reasoning) presenting 30 simple and complex problems.

Cubiks Reasoning for Business

Cubiks numerical test - the level of difficulty will be selected according to the job you’re applying for. You'll only have around a minute to answer each question, so preparation is key.

Cubiks verbal test - very similar to the numerical test, this has varying levels of difficulty related to the role you’re applying for.

Cubiks diagrammatic reasoning test - the questions presented will measure your ability to infer rules from a sequence of diagrams and then to apply those rules to a new situation. Again, there will be varying levels of difficulty that will be chosen according to the type of job role you have applied for.

PAPI series

PAPI (personality and preference inventory) evaluates work behaviours and tendencies and has been used by financial employers for over 40 years. Similar to other personality questionnaires, the question consists of statements that you have to respond to.

Other Cubiks assessment centres

Cubiks also have created an E-tray assessment, a situational judgement questionnaire and a team role questionnaire.
